I’ve used this app for quite a while, and it’s incredibly simple and reminds me of how Skype used to be. Vsee uses less bandwidth AND has encryption since it is intended to be used by healthcare professionals. Definitely recommended!
Talk about simplicity! VSee is my preffered method of communication between my family and business. Easy to setup on my emty nester parents, and secure enough to talk business with colleagues.
Bad but can be fixed
When ever there is more than about 3 people, all the calls get removed and it happen over and over again.
No remote control ability
The app is so close to being useful. not being able to let someone else control the screen is debilitating.

I need encrypted video chat and Vsee gives me that. It’s smooth, good visual acuity and good audio. I’m very pleased.
I have used this app many times and have loved it. Unfortunately it no longer opens. This error message pops up: You can’t open the application “VSee” because PowerPC applications are no longer supported.

Makes No Sense
the app literally will not let me make an account. then i make an account online and that account doesn't work. website tells me i need a link to get to a waiting room and then i'm given a "roomcode" by the people holding the appointment that i can't put in anywhere.
Steaming Garbage
This app worked once, then told me my login information was incorrect. I performed a password reset, tried again, and it continued to tell me that my login info was wrong. I raised a ticket with their support team and after several days they’ve done nothing to resolve the issue beyond emailing me to ask me my email address, which I found so absurd I had to read their message repeatedly to make sure it wasn’t spam. HIPA compliance is meaningless when you can’t actually use the program to communicate with your healthcare professional.

I am extremly disappointed in vsee. It never loads, i keep gettin an error message.

Low Bandwith, Great for 3g connections, Multiple users!
